Bright Choice Building Services Ltd is based in the Liverpool and Knowsley area and serves commercial customers across Merseyside and the North West. We provide recurring office and contract cleaning, builders and sparkle cleans, and specialist cleaning for commercial premises.

Insurance, safety & compliance
A professional approach to site requirements.
We provide CHAS and SSIP evidence, insurance documentation and the relevant RAMS and COSHH information during procurement. Site-specific inductions, access arrangements and operative requirements are agreed for each contract or project.
CHAS Accredited Contractor
SSIP Approved: Contractor [CDM]. Membership 172276. Certificate issued 29 September 2026; valid until 6 November 2027. Current evidence is available on request.
Public Liability Insurance
Evidence can be provided during procurement.
Employers’ Liability Insurance
Evidence can be provided during procurement.
RAMS & COSHH
Documentation is prepared for the agreed activities, taking account of site conditions, chemicals, access and safe working methods.
Trained & competent operatives
CSCS-carded cleaners can be supplied for construction environments; DBS-checked staff can be allocated where the contract requires them. Site-entry requirements are confirmed before mobilisation.
Bright Choice works with Dean at NXT-HSE for external health-and-safety support. This sits alongside our own responsibility for planning and managing our cleaning work safely.
