Sparkle clean
A detailed final presentation clean once construction work and snagging in the released area are complete, ahead of inspection, occupation or handover.
Return or re-clean
Follow-on trades can create new dust and marks after a completed clean. Any return visit should be agreed against the revised condition, access and scope.

Yes. We can plan both stages, either as a combined package or as separate visits. The quotation will identify the areas, tasks and timing for each stage.
Do your construction cleaners hold CSCS cards?
We can supply CSCS-carded cleaning operatives where required. Tell us the principal contractor’s card, induction and site-entry requirements when requesting the quotation.
Can you provide RAMS and COSHH documentation?
Yes. RAMS and COSHH documentation can be provided for the agreed cleaning activities. Access equipment, occupied areas and any site-specific restrictions need to be confirmed before work starts.
Can cleaning be phased or carried out at night?
Yes. Phased visits, evenings and weekends can be arranged around area release and your programme. We agree access, lighting, supervision and other site requirements in advance.
